Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Please read these terms before you use Ytmp3. They explain what the service does, what you may do with it and what we can and cannot promise.

1. Accepting these terms

Using Ytmp3 means you accept these terms. If any part of them does not suit you, please stop using the site.

2. What Ytmp3 does

This free website converts YouTube videos into MP3 or MP4 files. You submit a link, pick a tile and save the result in your browser, without any account.

3. Personal, non-commercial use

You may use Ytmp3 for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent or offer the service, or files made with it, as part of a paid product.

4. Copyright is your responsibility

Save only what you are allowed to save, such as your own uploads, videos under a free license or content whose owner permits downloads. Follow the copyright rules where you live and YouTube's terms of service. How you use downloaded files is your responsibility.

5. What you must not do

You must not abuse the service, overload it on purpose, try to break or bypass how it works, access it with automated tools or scrapers, or use it to save or share illegal content.

6. Real limits of the service

Video is offered as MP4 from 144p to 1080p, audio as MP3 at 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps. Private videos cannot be processed, and download links stop working a few hours after they are shown. Features may change, and the service can be slow or offline at times, without advance notice.

7. Not affiliated with YouTube or Google

Ytmp3 is run independently. YouTube and Google do not own, endorse or sponsor it. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

8. No warranty

We offer Ytmp3 without guarantees of any kind. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be online, free of errors or right for a specific purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we accept no responsibility for losses or damage linked to using Ytmp3 or to being unable to use it, including lost files or data and any trouble caused by downloaded content.

10. Copyright complaints

Rights holders who see their work misused through the service can email contact@ytmp3.pics. Include the video link and explain which rights are affected. Each notice is reviewed and handled quickly.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms can be revised. The “Last updated” date above tells you which version is current, and continuing to use Ytmp3 after a revision means you accept it.

12. Contact

Anything unclear in these terms? Send a note to contact@ytmp3.pics.
